Here is a collection of Stephen Gills prints from his book Flowers. They are multi-layered re photographed photos, which have also been collage with his collection of flowers. The photos are taken in Hackney Wick, and the flowers collected there also. The layers in these images make them quite magical and there is an ephemeral feeling to them.
I would like to do more site specific work in the future with my gathering and storing of plants.
